3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter into contracts.

4. Accounts, Credentials & Security

If you receive login credentials (admin or customer accounts), you are responsible for keeping them secure and confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials unless due to our negligence.

5. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep information (including gold rates) up to date, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. All content is provided "as is." You should verify any information you rely on, particularly gold rates and market information, before making financial decisions.

6. Enquiries & Forms

When you submit contact/enquiry forms you must provide accurate information (name, phone number, email). We may contact you for follow-up. By submitting information you confirm you have the right to share it.

7. Mobile Numbers & OTP

The Site collects mobile phone numbers (10-digit Indian mobile numbers). At present the Site does not perform automatic OTP verification for all mobile submissions — it accepts a valid 10-digit number submitted via forms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, logos, images, video embeds, layout) is owned by or licensed to Midas Gold Point. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Embedded/Third-Party Content

The Site may include embedded videos from Midas Gold Point's official YouTube channel. These videos are hosted on YouTube for the purpose of showcasing our promotional or informational content. When you view these videos, YouTube (Google LLC) may collect limited information as per their policy.

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked sites.

11. Limitation of Liability
